Darkness listens back

ECHO//DAY

You cannot see the maze until you make a sound. Every echo reveals the way — and tells something in the dark where to find you.

The experience

The world is invisible until you disturb it.

ECHODAY turns visibility into a risk. Send an echo through the dark to reveal walls, exits and threats. The information lasts only for a moment. The sound lasts long enough for the hunter to notice.

01 // REVEAL

See with sound.

Pulse the darkness and briefly expose the geometry around you. Remember what you saw before it fades.

02 // RISK

They can hear you.

Your echo is information for both sides. Use it too often and the creature begins searching your last known position.

03 // ESCAPE

Find the way out.

Read the maze, manage noise, misdirect the hunter and reach the exit before the dark closes in.

Core rule

Your best tool is also your biggest threat.

ECHODAY is built around one decision: do you risk another echo to see what is ahead, or trust your memory and stay silent?
